Due to changes in UK Law on 26th May 2008, Samayla Jewellery would like to advise that when we discuss or hand out literature relating to the healing properties of stones and crystals, we are communicating our own personal beliefs and the results of our own extensive research.
Just because a stone or crystal is alleged to have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual it does not mean you will definitely experience or benefit from such properties.
Any information you receive whether orally, written or electronically relating to stones and crystals purchased from Samayla Jewellery should be received and understood in the above context.
Samayla Jewellery will consider all purchases of stones, crystals or jewellery from Samayla Jewellery is made on the basis of your own freedom of choice.
All gemstones are natural and therefore may differ in colour, size and shape. We cannot guarantee any items will be exactly as per the images shown on our website.
All of our bracelets are hand made to order. Please allow 2-3
days before shipping for standard delivery and 1-2 days for Tracked 24. For more information please see our shipping policy.
We offer free standard UK delivery sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Options for Tracked 24 and Next Day Delivery are available for an
additional charge. Please note for next day delivery orders need to be placed by 12pm Monday - Thursday, and delivery will be before 1pm on next working day. If you order on a Friday, please select Saturday Next Day Delivery.
We provide a lifetime guarantee on any of the following:
- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
Please note that the
guarantee does not cover plating issues, or discoloration of beads and accents.
All of our bracelets are hand made to order. If you require a resize please email us sales@samayla.co.uk and we will advise you how to return your bracelet for adjustment. There is no charge for the resize, but there is a charge of £3 for return postage. We are not liable for return postage costs.
You can return your unworn bracelet in the original box and
packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please email us sales@samayla.co.uk and we will advise you on this process. You can also read our returns policy.
Please wear your bracelet with care. When putting your bracelet on roll the bracelet over your hand rather than stretching it. When taking your bracelet off, do the same. Try to
avoid over stretching your bracelet.
You should remove your bracelet before showering, bathing, swimming, sleeping or playing sports.
Gemstones can be fragile so please protect your bracelet when you can from bumps and scrapes.
Keep your bracelet in the box we provide when you are not wearing it and keep it separate from any other jewellery.
To keep your bracelet clean and free from dust use a polish cloth. Please do not use any cleaning products on your bracelet.
Choose the Klarna option at the checkout to split your payment
into 3 equal automatic instalments paid every 30 days. You'll need to make an account with Klarna. Your first payment is taken on purchase and other payments are automatically scheduled. There is no interest or fees and paying with Klarna will not affect your credit score if you make all payments on time. You'll receive payment reminders from Klarna before your payment is due.
All Samayla bracelet sizes are given in wrist measurements.
When measuring your wrist, stay as close to your hand as possible where your wrist bone is. Your bracelet needs to be comfortable, so not too loose or tight. Adjust the tape until it feels just right and specify the closest number on the tape.
Don't have a measuring tape? Use a piece of string to measure your wrist and lay the string against a ruler to get your measurement in centimetres.

All of our gemstones are natural, and this does mean that the
colour, shape and size of the stones can vary in appearance slightly to our website images. We cannot guarantee that your bracelet will look exactly like the images on the website, as all gemstones are different and that is the beauty of owning natural gemstone jewellery.
We can make a custom bracelet. Please email us sales@samayla.co.uk with your request. You can do this if you need a custom size also. Please note custom items, including custom sizes are non-returnable.
Yes, we can add a personal message to your order. You can add a note for us during checkout with your message.
All of our jewellery will arrive in a Samayla branded gift box
along with cards detailing the healing properties of the gemstones.
We only use genuine
gemstones. We don't use synthetic stones. If you'd like to know
