Jewellery & Fulfilment Assistant

We’re a local family business specialising in handmade gemstone jewellery. We are looking for a Jewellery & Fulfilment Assistant to join our small team in Barry.

Job Title – Jewellery & Fulfilment Assistant part-time

Rate – £9.50 p/h

Contract – Permanent, part-time 20 hours per week

Location – Based in our Barry office CF63 4HD

Who are we?

We’re a family business creating energy inspiring jewellery using semi-precious gemstones. We’re a small team that pride ourselves on providing excellent, personal customer service and unique jewellery designs.  

Role Summary

As Jewellery & Fulfilment Assistant you’ll have a varied role that consists of making beaded gemstone bracelets, packing and fulfilling orders and preparing orders ready for delivery. The position is part time 20 hrs a week, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm.

Person Specification

We are looking for a committed and motivated person who ideally has an interest in jewellery making and/or gemstones and crystals. You’ll need to work well under pressure and to time deadlines. You will need excellent communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. A very high attention to detail is important as we pride ourselves on producing high quality product.

No formal jewellery making experience is necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate.
